Yes — the House sees one guest at a time, so every ritual is by appointment. We recommend sending a request a few days ahead, though we'll always try to find room for last-minute rest.

Absolutely. Browse the therapists, read their specialisms, and select yours when you request. Not sure? Choose "no preference" and we'll pair you with the right hands for your ritual.

Life happens. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours, we ask for 50% of the ritual to honour your therapist's reserved time.

Come as you are. You'll undress to your comfort in a private suite and be draped throughout — only the area being worked on is ever uncovered. Your comfort sets the pace.

Ten minutes early is perfect. It gives you time for tea, a quiet word with your therapist about pressure and preferences, and a soft landing before your hour begins.

All our oils are cold-pressed and hand-blended in-house, free of synthetics. Tell us about allergies when you request and we'll prepare an unscented or hypoallergenic blend.
